Its been a quiet couple of days. A friend came around and we made Welshcakes. Not being Welsh, she had never made them before. She took some home which, judging by the phone call I had last night, didn't last very long. And there are very few left here either! I am sure it takes longer to cook them than eat them!!!!

I spent part of the time crocheting and updating my Scrapbooking page. I now have Pansies and Balloons on there. Today I am working on Rainbows and updating the yarn colour chart.

As it is such a lovely day, I may take a little time out and go for a bike ride. I think I need to work off some of these Welshcakes.

I have just completed the weekly challenge on UKS using digi versions of the pink Daisy and Butterfly. Would you believe that creating the digi ones take longer than the crocheted ones? Getting the outline in just the right place takes ages.

Anyway, after all that work I decided that I might as well share them. And I have included the bling I used as well.

Everybody is Bloggin' It

So, I figured, Why Not

I am Enfys, a Welsh Dragon living in the Fens in Cambridgeshire. Do you have any idea how FLAT it is around here? I do a whole load of crafts, mostly crochet though and decided a blog was the best way to combine the whole lot

One of my latest "things" is Scrapbooking. However, being the very unconventional person that I am, I don't do it quite the same way as other people. I object to putting my photos in the middle of a whole load of stuff other people have designed. So I design my own. Oh yes, I hate sticky fingers as well so I do mostly digi.

Guess what the lastest craze is with Scrapping? Crocheted Flowers! So look what I have been up to. Hundreds of Daisies. And Butterflies. And Pansies. All with matching leaves of course. As this is just the early stages, there is no pattern yet for those of you who can crochet but there will be soon!
